I am always complaining that I never have time to exercise and by the time I get home, I have no desire to to work out. I always say that with every new year I will start back at the gym, but as you can guess, that fades rather quickly. I never want to spend the money on a gym membership because I knew I would use it once or twice and be locked in for a year.

Here are a few ways to work out without leaving your apartment/apartment complex and it could only take a few extra minutes a day.
. Take a walk around the neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and get some exercise too.
. Jumping Jacks are a great way to get some cardio! It will bring you back to high school gym class.
. You can do push ups while you are waiting for the water in your shower to heat up. Spend that dead time doing some exercise.
. Crunches and leg lifts are also a great way to work on that stomach! Loose that weight in your mid section by putting your abs to work.
. Buy a Nintendo Wii! The gaming system has a lot of games that promote weight loss.
. Turn on some music and dance! Shaking your groove thing to a beat is a fun way to get your heart pumping.
It is always recommended to get exercise, and with these tips, you don’t even need to leave your apartment. Do you exercise in your apartment already?
